1 Years Warranty - Mechanism

 

This warranty does not cover:

• Repairs or replacement of parts damaged due to misuse, scratches, normal wear and tear, tampering, or repairs carried out by any party without our prior consent.

• Damage resulting from the use of an improper foundation.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, applies within Malaysia only, and excludes all transportation charges.

It does not cover replacement with a new set of complete upholstery, and lounge suite covers are excluded from this warranty.

For any warranty claim, the warranty card must be returned together with your MORI product, stamped with the authorised MORI dealer’s official chop. Failure to do so will result in normal service charges being applied.
